What a bunch of nob heads the reality is i was one of the longest serving employees in there for 11 years on the agency. I have always been hard working in this company and have always been spoken highly of and always been called in on in sociable hours 12 hour shifts because I worked with a great amount of local people who i generally loved working with except like anywhere the odd absolute tool and ass licker but as much as I was greatly used and yes i stuck it out because its better the devil you no especially in skelmersdsle with shit places to work. This company was a great place to work where I met a lot of amazing people who i will never forget but i have to say after the opening 5 years later what most will call the best times staff were used and abused and once the big guys in PepsiCo realised they were getting big as a company they completely abused agency staff in every way especially the long time British people. Okay I failed the maths test 3 times but i was recognised for my hard work when needed but even tho i was good enough for the company i never got the job and watched foreign people get jobs years before me it's shameful how many times i walked early at half 5 in the morning getting pissed wet through soaked to be told I'm cancelled by the agency. I will never forget the absolute incompetence of these idiots. You will only make it with these companies by selling your soul off to these twats. I now look after people with severe dementia and they are worth way more to me than anything these shitty low paid big companies will ever give. If you employers are waching what i say then you will no this search your souls because money will never buy your health. Danny Goodwin let's treat every one with complete respect. You never no you will one day need my help

They did not include that this was only for the permanent staff where as it was not available for agency staff who do 90% of the physical work on all their sites.

They don't pay you the same on the apprenticeship as they would if you were not on the apprentice and if you were doing the same job.. they don't mention that in this video.

Very deceptive, the world these actors live is much different than the one for those who actually make product, and the conditions in which they do, they are snacks, and not foods. Most of the managers designated as a resource aren't familiar with the field they find themselves and are more a hinder on the production line, this style of leadership is counterproductive and greatly wasteful of time, raw materials, and to the quality of the end product. Their is a dark side to all this sunshine.

I would avoid working for this company serious perms just stand about and do nothing whilst agency are worked to the bone. Company really needs to fix up also they need managers who can actually manage. This is the only place where managers cant remember your name ... and thats after you tell them more than once. Being managed by someone less educated than you is quite the bother.

I wouldn't have minded working there my only problems were the 12 hour shifts with nothing stimulating to look at or listen to and the fact that if you spoke english, you were in a minority. It might be a site that pepsico think is good, but it's totally different on the shop floor.
